We have a strict reviews policy to make our platform as valuable as possible for both companies and consumers. For both companies and platforms, it is even more important to be able to check reviews for authenticity since 28-05-2022. You can read more about the control policy HERE.
Register your company
Is your company not listed on Real Reviews USA yet but you are curious about the result of a truly transparent review page for your company? Register for free by sending an email to info@realreviewsusa.com. Please include at least the following information:
- Company name and domain name
- A description of your company and the products/services you offer.
- Preferred contact details for communication regarding your submission and when a new review is posted.
Creating an account is not possible. We do not believe that this contributes to an honest and transparent image. When a company can “manage” reviews, it is at the expense of the credibility of the experience described by the customer.
Report a fake review
Do you have a company page on Real Reviews USA and does it list a review that does not meet our guidelines or that contains false or incorrect information? Please send an email about this review with substantiation to abuse@realreviewsusa.com and this review will be taken offline if we agree. You can also report the review on this page. Unsubstantiated reports will not be processed.
Note: It is not possible to have negative reviews that meet our guidelines and that are therefore based on a real experience taken offline. Not even for a fee. A bad review from an honest customer gives you the opportunity to learn from it and perhaps improve. In addition, Real Reviews USA is intended to give customers an honest view. Bad reviews are part of this. Research has shown that consumers consider pages with only good reviews to be less valuable.
Respond to reviews
You can respond to reviews. This can be done directly through your company page. Please note that we check whether these responses come from an email address of your company. We do this to prevent abuse. Responding to reviews is subject to the same requirements as writing a review. You can read these terms of use HERE.
How to remove your business page
The collection of independent reviews on our website is completely voluntary and does not involve a subscription. If you have changed your mind about having your business listed on this site, you can use the form on this page to request removal. Please use a business email address so that we can recognise the request as valid and send you confirmation. After your request has been verified, your page will be removed within a few business days.
